We are currently hiring for the part-time or full-time, front desk receptionist position.
This position requires working at the 3rd shift(11pm -7am) on weekday or weekend, and holiday.
The Front Desk associate's primary responsibility is to ensure the guest satisfaction by providing professional and courteous front desk service,and also to provide the service that is efficient and effective as a means to maximize room revenue.
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Front Desk
Essential Functions:
- Checking guests in and out- Handle guest registration and room assignments,accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Providing excellent service- Handle incoming phone calls for hotel.
Including making/canceling reservations, transferring calls, etc.
- Use the required reservation script when taking reservations over the phone to promote the hotel and drive sales- Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with the hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc.
- Treat all guests in a professional and courteous manner- Complete shift checklist for each shift worked- Coordinate with direct supervisor on special projects or tasks before leaving for the day- Maintain a clean, warm, and inviting lobby and front desk reception area Job Types:
