Hours:
Monday to Friday (9 to 5 p.
m.
) and minimal weekend flexibility as needed.
Candidates must have an active Minnesota Real Estate license and clean driving record.
Property Management and Appfolio experience preferred.
Salary to be determined based on experience.
Daily tasks will fluctuate and include; marketing, answering phones, tenant screenings, showings, processing applications within company guidelines, lease preparation, lease renewals, property inspections, correspondence with Landlords & Tenants, data entry, scheduling & monitoring maintenance, and additional basic office duties.
Use of company vehicle available.

Note:
This position allows flexibility for candidates to earn additional commission income working with their own personal real estate sales.
