Guardian Angels Care Center - Elk River, MN The Recreation Leader is responsible for planning and carrying out activities for Long Term Care, Memory Care, and Transitional Care residents.
They are also responsible for documenting activity participation notes and assessments.
Mission:
Guardian Angels provides exceptional healthcare, housing and supportive services to seniors and their families in the spirit of Christ's love.
Schedule:
Full Time, 80 hours per pay period (2 Weeks).
Hours Weekdays 8:
30AM - 5PM Work every 4th weekend (8:
30AM - 5PM) Additional weekends and holiday hours may be required.
Job Description:
Working directly with residents on the Long Term Care and Memory Care Residents.
Plan and Carry out creative activities for large and small groups.
One on One visits with residents.
Charting of activity participation and assessments.

Qualifications:
Must have warm and outgoing personality with enthusiasm to plan creative activities to enrich our residents' lives.
Strong organizational, scheduling, management, and communication skills required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Experience working with the seniors and/or activities a plus.
Training provided.
