We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated studio assistant.
Flexible, part-time hours, starting with 10-20 hours/week (mostly weekdays), with potential to grow.
If you think you're the perfect mix of reliability, professionalism, and outgoing personality, I would love to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES - Meet with photographer weekly to map out tasks, to-do lists, and more.
- Manage studio calendar - Complete client related tasks - Design social media posts in Canva - Schedule social media posts in Planoly or Coschedule - Create, Manage, and utilize client workflow and work closely with Nicole on weekly to-do lists - Schedule and/or confirm client consultations and other appointments - Miscellaneous client communications (phone, text, and e-mail) as needed - Place orders for client products - Prep image files to send to the retoucher and/or printers - Inspect received artwork and communicate with retoucher/printers as needed - Keep the studio organized and efficient - Create a welcoming environment by keeping inventory of studio supplies (beverages, snacks, bathroom supplies) - Prep client artwork for pickup and/or delivery - Be present at studio for client order pick up and/or drive to clients' homes to deliver product - Run local errands QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Requirements:
- Be able to make and accept phone calls and text messages - Punctual, Reliable and trustworthy - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and great client-first attitude - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Comfortable with hands on physical work:
ability to carry and lift heavy lighting setups periodically - Quick learner, proactive, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently - ability to read a situation - Familiar with and ability to work in the Mac OS - Excellent grammar and written skills - Must be comfortable with telephone skills - Valid driver's license; has own transport to drive to make client deliveries, pick up supplies, etc.
(mileage reimbursable at IRS rate) First Consideration given to:
- Proficient with any or all of the following programs:
Canva, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Trello, Slack - Experience with sales & customer service in the luxury market or high level corporate environment - Skills in creating workflows - Proficient in time management - Self starter - Great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow - Enjoy working in fun, upbeat environment Job Type:
