We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and provide support to our Chiropractors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting with patient treatments.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a strong knowledge of chiropractic procedures.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and escort them to the treatment room.
Maintain patient records and ensure that all information is up to date.
Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
Assist the chiropractor with patient treatments.
Provide patient education on chiropractic care and wellness.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning and copying documents.
