What You Will Do:
Under the general direction of the Brand Manager, A successful Marketing Coordinator candidate will be self-motivated, fact-based, data-driven, highly organized, and have a passion for making every interaction a positive brand experience.
As a key part of JonnyPops' Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in building the brand and the next chapter in JonnyPops' history.
The ideal candidate will have experience in/desire to learn a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, events, advertising, branding, in-store, consumer research, and more! The objective of this role is to support JonnyPops' marketing strategy by coordinating project timelines and assisting with execution across marketing initiatives.
The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills (written, verbal, deck/materials prep), is hungry to take on new challenges, and balances creative and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Communication:
Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope to contribute to positive business outcomes.
Complete project tasks efficiently and effectively without reminders.
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless project completion.
Collaborate and communicate with external partners to ensure project goals are met, leaving stakeholders with a positive impression of the brand.
Prep status agendas, take notes, send out recaps from meetings, and track updates in project management tools.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports summarizing marketing performance from multiple data sources and partner with marketing team to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
Brand Messaging and Communication:
Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and support stakeholders across the org in upholding brand standards.
Create written and visual content for marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives.
Skill Requirements:
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation prep communication skills.
Naturally curious, with an appreciation for ambiguity and the ability to embrace the test and learn mentality in pursuit of continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of marketing or project management experience (internship experience considered in lieu of years of experience).
Proven project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of time during peak season.
