Experience:
2-5 years of quality inspection in a job shop environment (preferred)
Job Description:
Perform First Articles, In-process and Final Inspections on a variety of parts and assemblies.
Complete quality documents per customer requirements.

Must be able to interpret travelers, engineering specs, and drawings.

Work with and have an understanding of ISO 9001:
2015, ISO 13485:
2016 and AS9100:
2016 requirements.
Communicate with Quality and Production so resolve issues.
Materials machined include Titanium, Aluminum, MP35N, Stainless, and multiple Plastics.
Requirements:
Previous Use of Equipment:
caliper, height gauge, pin gauge, micrometer, and comparator.
(CMM Preferred but not required) Ability to read and interpret customer prints.
Basic Computer Skills Ability to work with solid models preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stay on feet throughout the duration of the work day.
Ability to view and handle small parts.
