Schedule appointments with potential buyers and sellers.
Prepare closing statements for agents.
Prepare closing statements for clients.
Prepare closing documents for clients.
Prepare closing package for agents and clients.
Assist with marketing agent's listings on MLSs, local papers, and other channels (broker referrals, etc.
).
Assist with marketing new listing campaigns by providing information to brokers on the properties themselves as well as on the properties' potential value to them and their clients.
Assist with marketing properties by providing information to brokers on the properties themselves as well as information about them to their clients.
Other duties as assigned by management or by your manager.
