You get paid every Wednesday via direct deposit, and everyone starts out at $15.
50/hr.
Once you complete your training ( a 9-16 wk process) you receive your first raise.
From there, we've got lead and training positions.
We want to expand to multiple locations, so there will always be opportunity for growth here should you choose to make this a career! Bennys.
We'll go over this more in the interview, but you get PTO, paid holidays, your birthday off and paid, referral cash, tips, cash for anniversary's, supplemental insurance, retirement plan, and more after you're with us for 6 months.
Company Cars.
You won't be driving yourself, girl- We ride in company cars here.
What do we clean? Residential homes mostly.
Ya know, your bi-weekly's, monthly's, move out cleans, one-time deep cleans, etc - that's our specialty.
We do, however, clean a number of new construction homes for builders, and even a few offices here and there.
Variety keeps it spicy! How soon do we need ppl? Like yesterday, lol.
This industry is so busy that we are constantly needing to hire more ppl, and we have the flexibility to give you part or full-time hours, too! No cleaning experience? No worries! We do on-the-job training for anyone willing to learn.
