What You Will Do:
The HRIS Administrator position requires the ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented.
The HRIS Administrator will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HRIS system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, manage the employee benefits programs and supporting various HR functions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HRIS administration, data analysis, and excellent communication skills.
This non-exempt position reports to the HR Director and will be onsite 5 days per week in Elk River, Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration:
o Manage the day-to-day operation and administration of the NetSuite, Redzone and Adi Insights systems as it relates to the HR Department.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS database.
o Oversee system updates, patches, and enhancements.
Data Management o Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and correct discrepancies.
o Import, export, and maintain employee data in the HRIS system.
o Generate and analyze HRIS reports for various stakeholders User Support o Provide technical support and training to system users on HR systems.
o Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner.
Process Improvement/ System Implementation:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
Time and Attendance Maintenance:
o Maintains the role of system administrator for the scheduling and time and attendance system.
This includes setup of all new employees, monitoring for timely and accurate time approval by Supervisors, and generating reports.
o Trains new employees how to use the web based system, smart phone app and timeclock o Monitors and approves employee leave requests in the system.
Benefits Administration o Administer employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans and other employee benefits.
o Conduct benefits orientations for new hires and provide ongoing support to employees.
o Interface with benefits providers and ensure effective delivery of benefits programs.
o Coordinate open enrollment periods with insurance brokers.
o Coordinates with HR Director on 401k program Payroll Processing, Deductions and Taxes:
o Process accurate and timely payroll in accordance with established schedules.
o Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy.
o Manage and administer employee payroll deductions, including benefits, taxes and other withholdings.
o Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
o Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
o Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR Technology.
o Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding compensation and benefits programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Spanish language speaking required.
Previous manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred.
At least one year of previous HR or leadership experience required.
Work in the office five days a week.
Flexibility with hours is desired as JonnyPops is a 24-hour operation.
Lifting requirements up to 25 lbs Connection to Elk River community and/or local residence strongly preferred Competency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, NetSuite, ADP, and SharePoint is a plus Job Type:
