We provide our persons served with care, supervision, and assistance throughout their daily lives.

We are currently hiring for a part-time and full-time positions 7-3p, 3-11 & 11-7 Now Offering $500 Sign On Bonus

The primary responsibilities of this position are to work directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses.
DSPs must ensure the safety and well-being of the persons served at all times.
Their communication skills, as well as their interpersonal and professional relationships should reflect the values of respect for others, honesty, patience, and compassion.
DSPs will work with the persons served on active treatment services, daily living skills, administering medications, transporting persons served, communication and documentation, health and safety, and continued development.

will provide all necessary training and education.
Requirements:
Verified DHS Background Study Check Valid Driver's License along with Driving Report Check Driving Report must be free of any major violations that would make you ineligible to be added to our auto insurance Other Honest, tolerant, and compassionate Excellent verbal and written communication Punctual and reliable Possess good health and demonstrates emotional stability Ability to make independent decisions Willingness to take initiative and adapt to circumstances Ability and willingness to maintain a positive demeanor Ability to follow daily routines while allowing for flexibility and planning creative alternatives Job Types:
