Join our Operations Team! Monday - Friday 8:
30am - 5pm First Bank Elk River is seeking an Operations Specialist at our Main Office location in Elk River.
The position provides natural growth and development due to the nature of learning most of the tasks within the Operations Department.
Areas of responsibility include verifying information added to the system on the Retail side of the bank, processing wire transfers, coordinating supplies and mail, and assisting with various Operations and Finance functions.

Skill Sets Required:

Able to work in an environment with highly critical deadlines.
2.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
3.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
4.
Team oriented Education/Experience Required:
1.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 years
banking experience 2.
Bank deposit account experience preferred.
3.
Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Special Requirements:
1.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and more with assistance.
Additional information Position operates in a professional office environment.
Role routinely uses standards office equipment such as computers, copy machines, telephones, fax machines, and filing cabinets.
Noise level in work environment is usually low to moderate.
