Cowboy Jacks Otsego is seeking dedicated Servers to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
Hiring for nights and weekends only.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and hospitality industry practices - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment - Experience in guest services, cash handling, and upselling is a plus - Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining sanitation standards Join our team and enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your customer service skills while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
