Summary:
As a Short-Term Property Manager at Passive Pro Properties, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties.
Your role will involve reviewing expenses, creating systems for efficient property management, maintaining and creating databases, managing all property listings, and actively prospecting for new clients.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Reviewing Expenses:
- Analyze and review property expenses, including maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize operational costs.
2.
Creating Systems:
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for short-term property management.
- Streamline check-in/check-out procedures, maintenance requests, and guest communications.
3.
Maintaining & Creating Database:
- Maintain accurate records of property details, guest information, and financial transactions.
- Create new databases as needed to track property performance and guest feedback.
4.
Managing all Listings:
- Ensure all short-term rental listings are up-to-date and accurately reflect property features and amenities.
- Coordinate bookings, manage reservations, and handle inquiries from prospective guests.
5.
Prospecting for New Clients:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting for property owners interested in short-term rentals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in short-term rental management or property management.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and expense analysis.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and property performance.
