We currently have an opening for a Plant Support Specialist within our Elk River Resource Recovery department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the material weighing and accounting system, contract management, billing, reporting, etc.
Job
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the material weighing and accounting system
Compile and create reports for contracted counties and the state
Manage service and hauler contracts and assure compliance
Monthly invoice preparation
Manage the business details of recovered materials, contracts, billing and scheduling
Prepare reports and analysis
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in business, finance or accounting
A minimum of three of experience
Proficiency using the Microsoft suite, especially Excel
Skills in writing, verbal, organizational and interpersonal
Working Conditions:
Normal office conditions
